Do I have to upload our HR policies?
No. The first workflows work with general EU-level guidance. A company-specific knowledge base may become an optional feature later.
Can Nordiclex AI replace our lawyer or DPO?
No. It helps you understand workflows, prepare questions and identify risks. Binding national-law interpretations and important personnel decisions require qualified review.
Does it verify work permits or revoke system access?
Not at this stage. Nordiclex AI can help prepare checklists and identify owners, but it does not independently verify immigration status or change access in IT systems.
Is Nordiclex One available commercially yet?
It is being developed as a private pilot. Availability, pricing and production-grade AI features will be announced after security, legal and usability checks.
